Returns Policy

We really hope that you are happy with your SEAL items but we understand if you need to return them.  

We have a 30 day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after payment is received to request a return.

We will offer a refund on items returned in a clean, unworn, unwashed condition, with all original labelling intact. You will also need a sales receipt and to complete the returns form included in your package. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items so do please consider this when ordering multiple sizes etc

Once we have received your returned item we will inspect it and check that we can authorise a refund. If the refund is approved by our Customer Care Team we will immediately refund you back to your original payment method. It may take your bank or credit card company a few days to process the refund.

If we feel that the item has been worn or is dirty we reserve the right to return an item back to you without a refund. 

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately and we will see what we can do to help.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we can’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you would like another size, then please return the original item to us (unworn) and then repurchase a different size from the main website. You can either wait until we have refunded your original purchase or re-order straight away. It is up to you. 

Exceptions

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on sale items or gift cards at the moment.

Warranty

All items are covered by a one year warranty from purchase. If you have an issue in that period please contact a member of our team help@seal-swim.co.uk who will be able to help you

Faulty or damaged returns

If your parcel has been damaged en route, or you feel your item is faulty, Please drop an Email with order details on help@seal-swim.co.uk.
